Can chocolate determine Canadian municipal politics too?

With Halloween revving up for the night, chocolate is on my mind.

An interesting statistic in American politics says that the kind of chocolate you eat correlates with your political slant.

The study kind of reminds me of the “hats cause cancer” study my gramma used to draw out for me as a child.

She would draw five stick people, three of them wearing hats. Then she would say if all of these people have cancer, statistically hats could pass as the cause.

Basically, my gramma is a skeptic when it comes to statistics and I think that’s a good way to be.

To digress, does chocolate choice say something about your politics?

If it could in Surrey, what kind of chocolate would you choose?

An article by my cohorts at Langara said that mainstream chocolate is unethical. So if you choose ethical chocolate, who do you vote for in your municipal elections?

Have a safe Halloween!
